Introduction
To go beyond the typical, we went deep to plan a unique experience – a one-way paddle out to a deserted island in the morning (perfect opportunity to test the paddleboards, kayaks and hybrid boards), and an afternoon at the sandbar to test the Hangout Suite floats, drinkware, and coolers, all with some downtime in between to enjoy the resort’s sandy beach or feed the tarpon.
Approach
To go beyond the typical, we went deep to plan a unique experience – a one-way paddle out to a deserted island in the morning (perfect opportunity to test the paddleboards, kayaks and hybrid boards), and an afternoon at the sandbar to test the Hangout Suite floats, drinkware, and coolers, all with some downtime in between to enjoy the resort’s sandy beach or feed the tarpon.
The feedback from the journalists who attended was amazing, with many wishing there had been more time to enjoy the beauty of the Florida keys and continue testing the products. Despite the trip being focused on supporting the introduction of 2025 product, within weeks of the trip several top-tier media placements had already been published, featuring BOTE products and images from the experience.
