Introduction

At a critical time of focus on North American growth, Faction selected ECHOS as agency of record and we quickly built a strategy and got to work rallying around the tour of the brand’s first feature film, This is Home, pitching the all-new line of skis, elevating its team of athletes, and building the brand around the Collective concept.

Approach

We successfully engaged media at every level, from tier-one print coverage to local TV and radio broadcast, creating a drumbeat of press coverage and consumer interest that helped cement Faction as a leading independent freeskiing brand. We handled all media around the movie tour, secured over 30 media meetings at the Outdoor Retailer / SIA show, and organized new movie screenings to extend the tour.
