Introduction
Mission Workshop approached ECHOS in 2010 with a straightforward goal: launch the brand. Not an easy task, considering that the brand landscape was crowded with technical apparel and urban-pack companies.
Approach
During our initial engagement, we leaned heavily on strategic public relations strategies and a marketing plan built on relationships with influencers in targeted cities. ECHOS told Mission Workshop’s story through multiple channels with social media, video, and photography as the tip of the spear.
It was crucial to place Mission Workshop in outdoor and lifestyle media publications to reach new consumers and grow the company. This is where other cycling bag manufacturers had failed. The ECHOS-driven program helped Mission Workshop leapfrog the competition and position itself as a premier urban lifestyle brand.
